When using Give Me A Route, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Automated access, scraping, or data mining of the service or its APIs
• Circumventing rate limits or security measures
• Using the service to generate routes for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation
• Interfering with or disrupting the service's infrastructure, servers, or networks
• Impersonating another user or providing false account information
• Uploading malicious content or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the service
• Reverse engineering the service's algorithms or underlying technology
• Accessing accounts that do not belong to you

Prohibited Commercial Use

The following commercial activities are prohibited without explicit written permission:

• Reselling, sublicensing, or white-labelling the service or any of its output
• Using Give Me A Route as a backend or data source for competing products or services
• Bulk route generation for commercial distribution, resale, or incorporation into third-party products
• Systematically downloading or caching route data for redistribution

Personal, non-commercial use of generated routes (such as sharing a route with a running group) is permitted.

Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Termination of your account without notice or refund
• Blocking of your IP address or device

We reserve the right to report illegal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
